Tera Clay Commercial License Subscription

The Tera Clay Commercial License allows you to legally sell 3D printed products made from Tera Clay STL files.

This license is intended for creators who want to manufacture and sell physical products using our designs.

Important:

This product is a commercial license only.

STL files are sold separately and must be purchased individually.

What the Commercial License Allows

With an active Commercial License Subscription you may:

• 3D print products from Tera Clay STL files that you have purchased

• Sell the printed products through your own website/store

• Produce and sell unlimited quantities of printed products while the license is active

This license applies only to physical products printed from our STL files.

What Is Not Allowed

The Commercial License does NOT allow:

• Selling or distributing the STL files in any form

• Sharing the STL files with others

• Uploading the files to any website, marketplace, or file sharing platform

• Selling printed products on marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, Faire, eBay, or similar platforms

• Modifying the files and selling them as your own designs

• Claiming the designs as your own intellectual property

• Use of Tera Clay product photos, listing images, mockups, branding, or other marketing materials is strictly prohibited. License holders must use their own original photos and content when selling printed products.

All digital files remain the intellectual property of Tera Clay.

STL Files Sold Separately

Purchasing the Commercial License does not include any STL files.

All STL files must be purchased separately from the Tera Clay store.

The license only grants permission to sell printed products made from STL files you own.

Subscription Terms

This Commercial License is provided as a subscription.

• Monthly subscription: €39.99 per month

• Annual option available with discount (paid upfront)

By purchasing this subscription you enter a minimum commitment of 12 months.

Cancellation becomes available after the first annual billing cycle(s).

License Validity

The Commercial License grants permission to sell 3D printed products made from Tera Clay STL files only while the license is active.

If the subscription becomes inactive due to cancellation, expiration, or failed payment, all rights to sell products made from Tera Clay designs immediately terminate.

From that moment, the license holder must immediately stop selling and remove any listings offering products made from Tera Clay STL files for sale.

Products may be produced before purchasing the license, however they may only be offered for sale during periods when an active Commercial License is in place.

Important Notes

• Discount codes and promotional offers do not apply to this product

• All subscription payments are final and non-refundable

• This product is a digital license. No physical product will be shipped.

Intellectual Property

All STL files and designs remain the intellectual property of Tera Clay.

Purchasing this license grants permission to use the designs under the terms above but does NOT transfer ownership of the designs.

Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of the files or printed products may result in license termination and legal action.

Enforcement

Tera Clay actively monitors the use of its designs.

If products made from Tera Clay STL files are sold without an active Commercial License, offered for sale on unauthorized marketplaces, or used in violation of this agreement, Tera Clay reserves the right to immediately request removal of listings and pursue enforcement actions without prior warning, including marketplace infringement reports and legal action where appropriate.
