How long does it take to process an order?
- Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping although we try to ship as fast as possible. If you are in a hurry for a wedding/event feel free to message us and we will try to prioritize shipping your order.

Shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany costs €6.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on all orders over €60.
Shipping to Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy and Spain costs €7.49 and you get FREE tracked shipping on all orders over €70.
Shipping to all other EU countries costs €7.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on orders over €75.
Shipping to the UK costs €9.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on orders over €80.
Shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand costs €11.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on orders over €100.
Shipping to all countries in the rest of the world - €14.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on orders over €120.
For U.S. customers only: All duties are collected at checkout, meaning no additional duties or import fees will be charged upon delivery.
