Facebook User Data Deletion

If you have used “Login with Facebook” on our website, you can request deletion of any personal data obtained via Facebook Login.

What data do we collect via Facebook Login?

• Basic profile details you allow (typically name)
• Email address (if permitted)
• Facebook user ID/identifier needed to authenticate your account

We use this data only to create/login to your customer account and provide customer service. We do not sell this data.

How to request deletion

Choose one of the following:

1. Delete your store account: If you created a customer account on our website, log in and delete your account from your account settings. This removes Facebook-originating data associated with your account from our systems.
2. Submit a deletion request: Email us at info@teraclay.nl with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request” and include the email address you used for Facebook Login and, if possible, your Facebook profile link or Facebook user ID. We will delete your Facebook-derived data from our systems.

What happens after you request deletion?

• We will remove Facebook-derived personal data from our active systems within [30] days.
• Backups will be overwritten on their normal cycle (up to [90] days).
• We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g., invoices) but these are no longer associated with your Facebook identity.
